Kingsnorth Recreation Centre offers a convenient and compact facility on your doorstep and is ideal for those who would prefer a quieter facility. Our gym offers all you need to get in shape, improve your fitness and achieve your goals. Complete beginners through to athletes are able to run, row, cycle or climb as well as tone and weight train. All cardiovascular machines have their own televisions, so there's no excuse to miss your favourite programme and your workout.

When you join we will ensure you get the most from your workouts whatever your fitness level or exercise history. Your initial induction is tailored to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from the facility and achieve the results you are looking for.

Exercise on Referral Scheme

If you have a specific medical condition and are new to exercise then ask your GP about the referral scheme. If your GP agrees that you would benefit from a course of exercise then they can refer you to us to receive a comprehensive fitness assessment and a structured programme.
