Fun Camps

The Stour Centre offers an Ofsted registered play-scheme that is crammed full of games, creative arts and crafts, sports, treasure hunts and theme days.

With a range of fun-filled activity courses for 5-7 year olds, 8-10 year olds and 11- 14 year olds there's sure to be something to choose from - whatever your child's age.

Activties take place in the main sportshall and, weather permitting, on the outside grassed area. Outdoor activties range from sports and games, art and crafts, sportswall and dance mats,  to nature hunts. Please note that it is advisable to book advance. Camps usually run at both the Stour Centre and the Julie Rose Stadium.

Crash Swimming Courses

 During the week of the 13^th – 17^th February 2011  we will be providing CRASH COURSES for Stage 1 & 2.

 We are also offering a new Stage 2+ course for Stage 2 swimmers who are on the verge of moving to Stage 3 (on the recommendation of their current teacher). These lessons will take place in the shallow end of the main pool and will be aimed at boosting confidence and familiarising children with the change of pool.

Courses will run at 0900, 0930 and 1000 and are offered at a special rate of £20.50 for the week so book now at reception to avoid disappointment.
