Group Fitness Classes
Body Pump
The fastest way to get in shape! Whether you want to tone up or improve strength this non impact barbell class is suitable for all. No co-ordination required.
Body Combat
Fight yourself fit! A fresh and exciting workout combining powerhouse moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines. Suitable for all.
Body Balance
“Where breathing, posture and movement flow”. A dynamic yoga based class that lengthens and strengthens your body, improves joint mobility, enhances muscle suppleness and releases tension.
Group cycling
A no nonsense workout on stationary bikes. It’s exhilarating and fun and a great way to burn calories and reduce body fat.
Aqua (Shallow & Deep)
A non weight bearing class in the water combining movement and water resistance to give you a fantastically effective workout. You should be confident in the water for Deep Aqua classes.
Hi/Low Aerobics
A mix of high and low impact choreographed routines with some toning and sculpting floor work.
Legs Bums & Tums
A tone and sculpt class designed to target those problem areas.
Body Step
The fastest way to tone butts and thighs! A high energy class with simple to follow choreography using a step platform.
Pilates
A great class for improving core stability by increasing strength and flexibility in those all important postural muscles.
Yoga for Beginners & Yoga Course
Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.Our beginners sessions are an ideal start for those new to Yoga. Participants should ideally attend this class for several sessions before booking on to the Yoga course. Please contact 01233 663503 for course dates.
Yoga will restart on Monday 13th September with a weekly bookable session for beginners 1900-2000 and a 10 week course for intermediates 2000-2130 which can be booked now.
Combo
A mixture of aerobics, step, strengthening and abdominal work - suitable for all.
Circuits
An effective cross training class using a variety of different exercises and disciplines to give you an all over workout.

Active for Life
An exercise class designed for those who would benefit from a gentle class, but need to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Ideal for those recovering from illness or injury, or the 60+ age group.
